Ben Lund Addresses Real Estate Institute of MSBA

Partner Ben Lund was asked to repeat a presentation entitled, “Overview: Entity and Fiduciary Authority,” at the Real Estate Institute of the Maine State Bar Association, held on September 6-7, 2023, in Augusta. Lund’s presentation included a discussion of the minimum documentation requirements for identity and authority, and the circumstances in which more than the minimum may be needed. The Real Estate Institute featured more than 21 presenters in 2023.

Lund has been recognized by his peers in Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law and Corporate Law, and was elected by his colleagues as the Chair of the Maine State Bar Association’s Real Estate & Title Section. He represents clients in a wide range of real estate and corporate matters, taxation and immigration law issues. His work includes review and resolution of title issues, negotiation of commercial purchase and construction agreements, leases and easements, technology acquisition and development agreements, project permitting, and commercial finance.
