Peter Lowe Presents to Maine Rural Water Association on Human Resources Challenges

On October 4, 2023, Peter Lowe addressed the 2023 Administrative Summit of the Maine Rural Water Association on Ten HR Traps for the Unwary. Among the challenging issues affecting human resources professionals Lowe addressed were managing employee files and documenting personnel decisions; learning how to hire candidates while complying with ever-increasing employment law mandates; equipping supervisors to handle harassment or discrimination complaints; and managing under-performing employees who have medical or disability issues.
