Peter Brann’s Popular Harvard Law Course Returns

Peter Brann is again offering his popular course at the Harvard Law School on “The Role of the State Attorney General” for Fall 2024. For years now, Brann has team-taught this class at Columbia, Yale, and Harvard Law Schools with former Maine Attorney General James Tierney. Brann served as Maine’s State Solicitor before joining Brann & Isaacson, and his litigation practice focuses on intellectual property and corporate disputes. He also regularly represents companies and individuals in formal and informal dealings with state attorneys general and state and federal government agencies.
