Brann & Isaacson is pleased to name Eamonn Hart as a Partner. Hart has earned the trust of clients and peers alike through a strong track record of creative, responsive, and effective legal advice navigating challenging cases.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Hart has provided general, commercial, and trust & estate litigation counsel to businesses and families throughout Maine and beyond—with a growing recognition for his work in complex privacy litigation in courts throughout the United States. Locally, he has represented a fledgling business whose competitors tried to shut down operations before it even opened its doors, family members in long-term disputes over disposition of assets, and partners in complex business breakup matters. Nationally, he has handled bet-the-company privacy litigation for cutting-edge marketing startups and represented established businesses—including fortune 500 companies—in managing litigation risk.

“I am thrilled to be a Partner at a firm that provides quality, forward-thinking representation to all its clients, big and small,” Hart said. “Working with the wide array of talented Brann & Isaacson partners has provided me with incredible opportunities for professional growth, and I look forward to many more years of building and maintaining Brann & Isaacson’s second-to-none litigation practice.”
